Who we are

ATHEENA is a product of TEKKNA by Cook & Cooper GmbH, Versmannstraße 4, 20457 Hamburg, Germany (“we”). Contact: stefan@tekkna.dev. Legal details are in the imprint.

What this site processes

This site loads everything — pages, fonts, scripts — from its own servers. It sets no cookies and sends no data to third parties before you act.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store the e-mail address you enter, and the time you submitted it, to contact you about ATHEENA access (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to entering into a contract, and Art. 6(1)(a) where consent applies). We keep it until the waitlist phase ends or you ask us to remove you — one e-mail to the address above suffices.

Consent management

We use TEKKNA Consent, our own consent-management platform, to ask for and record your consent should optional services be added. Your decision is stored in the tekkna_consent cookie for up to 12 months. As proof we store a random consent ID, the time, your selection, banner version, language, host, country, browser family and a truncated IP address (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR with § 25 TDDDG, Art. 7(1) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your choice any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Hosting

Our servers process technical request data (IP address, time, requested URL, user agent) in short-lived logs to deliver the site and defend it against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under Art. 15–21 GDPR, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Write to the address above.
